INGREDIENTS A :
Whole Eggs 250 gr (5 pcs)
Egg Yolks 100 gr (5 pcs)
Granulated Sugar 180 gr
Cake Emulsifier 15 gr
INGREDIENTS B :
MELATI Flour 90 gr
Cocoa Powder 30 gr
Baking Powder 3 gr
INGREDIENTS C :
Butter (melted) 125 gr
Cocoa Pasta 1 teaspoon
COVERING INGREDIENTS :
Dark Cooking Chocolate 500 gr
Whipped Cream 500 gr
Butter 2 teaspoon
BUTTER CREAM INGREDIENTS:
Shortening 100 gr
Powder Sugar 150 gr
Sweetened Condensed Milk 20 gr
Margarine 100 gr

 


 

HOW TO MAKE :

How to Make Covering : Cook the whipped cream until warm, then turn off the heat. Add chocolate blocks and stir until melted, then add butter.

How to Make Butter Cream Layer : Mix all the ingredients until fluffy and smooth

  1. Mix ingredient A until fluffy using a hand mixer on high speed.
  2. Add ingredient B (sifted) and beat again until well combined with the hand mixer on low speed.
  3. Fold in ingredient C until evenly mixed using a spatula.
  4. Pour 450 grams of the batter into two 18×18 cm baking pans lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Finishing, slice the cake in half and spread buttercream on one half, then stack the other half on top. Cover the entire cake with buttercream, smoothing it out, and refrigerate until the buttercream firms up slightly. Remove from the refrigerator, pour ganache over the cake, and decorate as desired.
