How to Make Filling: Mix all ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Stir flour with dry ingredients until smooth.
- Add water, egg yolks, and stir until half mixed, then add BOS and margarine, stir until smooth, then add salt and stir until mixed.
- Shape the dough into balls and cover, let it rest for about 15 minutes.
- After resting, flatten the dough to a width.
- Sprinkle the filling ingredients over the entire surface evenly, then roll.
- Cut the rolled dough into approximately 3 cm pieces. Arrange them in a baking pan.
- Let it rise for about 3 hours.
- Apply a glaze on the surface and bake in the oven at a temperature of ± 200°C until golden brown for about ±40 minutes.
- After removing from the oven, brush the surface of the bread with margarine.
