Brownies: Melt dark cooking chocolate, butter and oil, set aside.
Beat the sugar and eggs using a whisk.
Pour in the flour and cocoa powder with a sieve, stir.
Pour the melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Mix well, pour the mixture into a 20 x 20 cm baking pan that has been lined with baking paper, then set aside.
Cream cheese: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter until smooth.
Add the eggs, beat again. Add the flour, mix at low speed until smooth.
Pour the cream cheese mixture into the brownie mixture, stir to form a marble pattern. Sprinkle top with almonds.
Oven brownies at 175 °C for 30 minutes or until cooked.
