RED VELVET MILK CAKE

Churros Ingredients:
SOKA flour 80 gr
Cornstarch 20 gr
Milk powder 20 gr
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Eggs 2 pcs
Granulated sugar 90 gr
Emulsifier 1 tbs
Liquid milk 70 ml
Cooking oil 30 ml
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
Red velvet powder 25 gr
Filling Ingredients:
Liquid milk 100 ml
Cornstarch 20 gr
Granulated sugar 20 gr

How to make:

  1. Add eggs, granulated sugar, and emulsifier to a bowl. Mix the ingredients until light, fluffy, and stiff.

  2. Sift together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, milk powder, and add them to the egg mixture.

  3. Mix until well combined.

  4. Add cooking oil, liquid milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully incorporated.

  5. Add the red velvet powder and stir until evenly mixed.

  6. Pour the batter into a cake pan.

  7. Steam the batter for about 30 minutes.

  8. Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool.

  9. Spread the filling on top of the cake, then sprinkle with red velvet powder.

  10. The Red Velvet Milk Cake is ready to be served.

How to make Filling:

  1. Prepare a saucepan, add cornstarch, granulated sugar, and liquid milk. Stir until well mixed.

  2. Cook until it boils and thickens, stirring continuously to avoid burning or clumping at the bottom.
