How to make:
Add eggs, granulated sugar, and emulsifier to a bowl. Mix the ingredients until light, fluffy, and stiff.
Sift together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, milk powder, and add them to the egg mixture.
Mix until well combined.
Add cooking oil, liquid milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully incorporated.
Add the red velvet powder and stir until evenly mixed.
Pour the batter into a cake pan.
Steam the batter for about 30 minutes.
Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool.
Spread the filling on top of the cake, then sprinkle with red velvet powder.
The Red Velvet Milk Cake is ready to be served.
