How to make:
- In a large bowl, combine KANTIL wheat flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and flavor enhancer. Mix well.
- Pour the beaten egg white into the flour mixture and stir until the dough clumps together.
- Add water and stir again until the dough is smooth. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, knead the dough again and flatten it.
- Flatten the dough again using a noodle rolling machine until it is evenly thin. Roll 2-3 times to make the noodle dough thin and not too thick.
- Once the dough is thin enough, sprinkle with a little flour to prevent sticking and cut the dough into thin sticks using a knife or noodle cutter. The length of the noodles can be adjusted to taste.
- Dry the noodles with a dryer or sun-dry until the noodles are stiff and dry.
- Heat plenty of oil in a wok for frying.
- Fry the noodles over medium heat until cooked and dry. Remove and drain until cool.
- Prepare the noodle seasoning powder. Mix well.
- Sprinkle the seasoning over the noodles and mix well to coat all layers of the noodles.
- Stick noodle is ready to be served as a snack anytime.
