How to make:
- Mix flour, yeast, and granulated sugar, stir until well combined.
- Add milk, liquid whipped cream, eggs, and salt, stir until smooth and elastic.
- Remove and weigh the dough to 80 grams each.
- Flatten and create a pattern of lines at the end of the dough.
- Fill with chocolate filling.
- Roll the dough and place 5 pieces of dough on a round baking pan with a diameter of ± 20 cm.
- Let the dough rise for ± 45-60 minutes, brush with milk, bake until golden brown for ± 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and brush with honey/egg yolk for a shiny finish.
